Terms of Service

Welcome to MontPro. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you and MontPro ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing our financial operating system, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service (SaaS vs. Advisory)

It is critical that you understand the nature of our service:

• MontPro is a Technology Platform: We provide software that aggregates, visualizes, and analyzes financial data. We are not a public accounting firm, a registered investment advisor, or a tax professional.
• Not Financial Advice: The insights, "Health Scores," and projections generated by the MontPro software are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional financial or legal advice.
• Separation of Services: If you engage Ardhi Pradhana or AAP Group for fractional CFO services, that relationship is governed by a separate Consulting Agreement, not these SaaS Terms.

2. Account Security & Google Auth

We use Google OAuth for secure authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. MontPro is not liable for any loss resulting from compromised credentials.

3. AI-Generated Content — Disclaimer & Limitation of Responsibility

By using any AI-powered feature within MontPro, you expressly acknowledge and agree to the following:

• No Guarantee of Accuracy: AI models can produce incorrect, incomplete, or misleading outputs — commonly referred to as "hallucinations." MontPro makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated content.
• Journal Entries: Any journal entry suggested by the AI (including through the "Input with AI" feature) must be reviewed, validated, and approved by a qualified accountant or finance professional before being recorded or relied upon. MontPro is not liable for mispostings, incorrect account classifications, or financial statement errors arising from AI-suggested entries that are accepted without independent review.
• Bank Reconciliation: AI-assisted reconciliation matching is provided as a starting point only. The final reconciliation is your responsibility. MontPro is not accountable for undetected discrepancies, missed transactions, or incorrect matches that result from relying solely on AI output.
• Strategic Recommendations: Any financial strategy, scenario, or action proposed by MontPro's AI features is informational only. You should consult a licensed financial or accounting professional before acting on any AI-generated strategic suggestion.
• User Responsibility: You retain full responsibility for all financial decisions, records, and filings made using or informed by MontPro. It is your obligation to verify all AI-generated outputs before acting on them or incorporating them into your books, reports, or business decisions.

MontPro and AAP Group expressly disclaim any liability for losses, penalties, regulatory actions, or other consequences arising directly or indirectly from your reliance on AI-generated suggestions, matched transactions, or proposed journal entries without independent professional verification.

4. User Data & Ownership

You own your data. You retain all rights to the financial data you import into MontPro. By using the Service, you grant us a license to process, store, and analyze this data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MontPro and AAP Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of your use of the software.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the past 12 months (or $100 if the service was free).

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

7. Language & Localization

MontPro supports multiple display languages, currently English and Bahasa Indonesia. While we strive to provide accurate and meaningful translations across the platform, please be aware of the following:

• Partial Coverage: Not all areas of the platform have been fully translated into Bahasa Indonesia. Certain labels, messages, and interface elements may still appear in English.
• Account Name Translations: GL account name translations (e.g. in journal entry forms and financial reports) are based on a standard chart of accounts. If your organization uses custom or non-standard account names, those names may not have an Indonesian translation and will fall back to displaying in English.
• English as Authoritative Language: In the event of any ambiguity or inconsistency between the English and Bahasa Indonesia versions of any interface text, report label, or legal document, the English version shall prevail.

We are continuously expanding our Indonesian language coverage. If you encounter an untranslated element or believe a translation is incorrect, please use the Send Feedback feature available in your Profile page.

8. AI Interaction Quota

MontPro's AI-powered features (including but not limited to the AI chat assistant, AI forecasting, document analysis, and natural language transaction input) are subject to a monthly usage quota per organization, as follows:

• Included Quota: Each organization receives 200 AI interactions per month at no additional charge, included in all subscription plans.
• Additional Quota: Organizations may purchase additional quota in packs of 100 interactions at IDR 100,000 per 100 interactions per month, available on the Pricing page. Additional quota packs are applied for the duration of the active subscription period.
• Quota Scope: The quota is shared across all users within the same organization and covers all AI features collectively, not per individual user or feature.
• Monthly Reset: The usage counter resets on the 1st of each calendar month. Unused quota does not carry over to the following month.
• Quota Exceeded: When an organization's monthly quota is exhausted, AI features will return a service error until the quota resets or additional quota is purchased. MontPro is not liable for any business impact resulting from quota exhaustion.
• No Refunds for Unused Quota: Purchased additional quota packs are non-refundable, including if the subscription is cancelled before the month ends.

We reserve the right to adjust the default included quota or pricing for additional quota packs with reasonable advance notice to existing subscribers.
