1.1 Google Account Information
When you sign up or log in using Google, we collect the personal information you have agreed to share via your Google public profile. This primarily includes:
- Your Full Name
- Email Address
- Profile Picture
We do not have access to your Google password.
1.2 Financial & Operational Data
To provide our services, we collect the data you voluntarily input or upload to the platform, including:
- Transaction records, revenue data, and expense inputs.
- Cash flow projections and budget configurations.
- Business entities and team member details.
2. How We Use Your Information
We strictly use your data to operate the MontPro Financial Operating System. We do not sell your data.
- Service Delivery: To generate dashboards, cash flow forecasts, and financial health scores.
- AI Analysis: To power our AI agents that assist with categorization, auditing, and anomaly detection.
- Communication: To send you critical account updates, security alerts, and strategic insights.
AI Sub-Processors: Several features are powered by artificial intelligence. When you use them — for example, AI document extraction, transaction tax classification, forecasting, financial commentary, and the in-app help and chat assistants — the specific inputs required for the request are transmitted to our AI processing providers, including OpenRouter (which routes requests to large-language-model providers such as Google and Meta) and our workflow-automation provider n8n, solely to generate the requested output. Only the data needed to fulfil each request is sent, and we do not sell your data to these or any other parties.
3. Infrastructure & Security (Supabase)
We take security seriously. We utilize Supabase as our backend infrastructure provider.
- Encryption: Data is encrypted in transit (via SSL/TLS) and at rest within the database.
- Authentication: We rely on Supabase Auth (integrated with Google OAuth) to manage secure user access. We do not store passwords directly.
- Access Control: Row Level Security (RLS) is implemented to ensure that your financial data is accessible only by you and your authorized team members.
4. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your data only as long as your account is active. You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. Upon deletion, your data is permanently removed from our production database.
